These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cedrivant.com and your purchase or use of products and programs offered by Cedrivant Intelligence Systems (“Cedrivant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You agree to provide accurate checkout information and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, share protected download links, or use our materials unlawfully.
2. Products and programs
Cedrivant offers digital educational products, business tools, and training programs, including the AI Prompt Starter Kit, AI Business Toolkit, and Cedrivant Operator Academy. Product descriptions, included materials, prices, and any program-specific details appear on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.
We may improve or update content over time. Any material change to a paid program will not remove the core value of what you purchased.
3. Orders, payment, and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our authorized payment provider. You authorize the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, to be charged to your selected payment method. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that apply to your purchase and are not collected at checkout.
4. Digital delivery and access
Downloadable products are delivered electronically through the order confirmation page, email, or your customer account when available. Unless otherwise stated, download access may be used up to 5 times and expires 14 days after purchase. Contact info@cedrivant.com if a valid purchase cannot be accessed.
Academy delivery and access follow the schedule, format, and instructions shown on the applicable sales page or onboarding communication. You are responsible for compatible devices, software, and internet access.
5. Executive Intelligence Audit professional service
The Executive Intelligence Audit addresses one consequential business question under a written analytical scope confirmed after purchase. The service is delivered electronically. Both parties will execute a standard Mutual NDA before confidential documents are transferred, and Cedrivant will request only information reasonably necessary for the agreed analytical purpose.
Professional SLA. The deliverable must include the agreed evidence set, confidence-qualified findings, material contradiction checks, and prioritized action map defined in the written scope. If you believe the deliverable does not conform to that scope, notify Cedrivant within five business days of delivery. Cedrivant will complete one remediation cycle within five business days. If the corrected deliverable still does not conform to the agreed scope, the $550 professional service fee will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
The Professional SLA concerns conformance to the agreed scope. It does not guarantee market conditions, financial performance, implementation results, or outcomes controlled by you or third parties. The service is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Refund requests for this service are governed by this Professional SLA and the applicable section of our Refund Policy, rather than the final-sale rules for downloadable products.
6. License and intellectual property
Cedrivant and its licensors retain all rights in the site, brand, downloads, templates, frameworks, course materials, recordings, and related content. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may adapt prompts, worksheets, and templates for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, copy for others, share download links or account access, remove ownership notices, or use the materials to create a substantially similar competing product or program.
7. Educational and AI-related disclaimer
Our materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Artificial intelligence outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information, complying with applicable laws and third-party platform terms, and deciding whether to use any recommendation.
We do not guarantee revenue, business growth, employment, certification, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on your decisions, effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy & Professional SLA, which is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
9. Privacy and communications
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Transactional emails about orders, access, security, or support are part of providing your purchase. Marketing messages, if any, are subject to the choices and unsubscribe options provided with those messages.
10. Third-party services
The site may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, email, or embedded features. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Cedrivant is not responsible for interruptions or actions of third-party services beyond our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable support for purchase-access issues.
11. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or revoke access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, security risk, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms. Any suspension or termination remains subject to applicable law and our refund obligations.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. To the extent permitted by law, Cedrivant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or materials.
To the extent permitted by law, Cedrivant’s total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product or program will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or program. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
