Cedrivant ChapterOps
A better operating system for the people who keep your organization moving.
Cedrivant ChapterOps helps fraternal organizations, alumni associations, civic groups, and small nonprofits organize documents, standardize recurring administrative work, improve officer transitions, and use practical automation without replacing human leadership.
Your officers should not have to rebuild the back office every year.
ChapterOps is designed for organizations where valuable information is scattered across inboxes, personal drives, old reports, text threads, payment records, and the memories of current officers. Cedrivant creates a clearer administrative structure so leadership can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time serving the organization.
What Cedrivant can set up.
Document continuity
Organized Google Drive structures, officer folders, naming standards, access rules, and transition-ready archives.
Meetings and minutes
Repeatable agenda, note-taking, transcription, minutes, follow-up, and report workflows with human review built in.
Treasury workflow support
Dues-status tracking structures, reporting templates, receipt organization, reminder workflows, and clearer handoffs for Treasurer responsibilities.
Member communications
Reusable communication templates, recurring reminders, event follow-up, and practical AI assistance for routine drafting.
Officer AI toolkit
Role-specific ChatGPT or Gemini workflows for Secretaries, Treasurers, committee leaders, and other designated officers.
Training and handoff
Documented procedures and practical training so the system belongs to the organization rather than depending on Cedrivant forever.
Founding client offer
$850 setup for the first three qualified organizations.
After the founding-client period, ChapterOps implementations are expected to begin around $1,250, depending on complexity. Optional ongoing support is available from $225 per month for organizations that want help maintaining workflows, documentation, and recurring administrative systems. Before any payment, a written scope identifies the selected workflows, tools, handoff materials, completion checks, and delivery date. Additional workflows and custom integrations are quoted separately. Any ongoing support agreement defines included work, response times, and limits before it begins.
How the engagement works.
01 — Discover
A free 20–30 minute conversation identifies the administrative friction, current tools, leadership needs, and whether ChapterOps is a good fit.
02 — Design and install
Cedrivant maps the recurring work, configures the agreed systems, creates the operating documents, and introduces automation where it adds practical value.
03 — Train and hand off
Designated officers receive the documentation and training needed to use the system confidently, with optional ongoing support available afterward.
Clear boundaries protect the organization.
ChapterOps improves administrative and reporting workflows, but Cedrivant does not take custody of organizational funds, replace the Treasurer or Secretary, certify financial records, provide bookkeeping or accounting services, or make approvals on the organization’s behalf. Human officers remain responsible for review, reconciliation, authorization, and governance decisions.
Make the next officer transition easier than the last one.
Start with a free discovery conversation. We will identify the biggest administrative bottleneck and determine whether ChapterOps is the right next step.
