What does Cedrivant’s Professional SLA guarantee?
Cedrivant’s Professional SLA protects the quality, completeness, and traceability of the work within Cedrivant’s control.
Before the engagement begins, the parties confirm the decision question, authorized inputs, evidence standard, delivery requirements, and expected output. The completed Executive Intelligence Audit must include the source-linked findings, confidence qualifications, material contradiction checks, and prioritized 90-day action map defined in the written scope.
If the deliverable materially fails to meet that standard, Cedrivant will complete one remediation cycle at no additional charge. If the corrected deliverable still does not conform to the agreed scope, the professional service fee will be refunded in full.
The SLA applies to deliverable conformity and analytical process. Commercial performance, market conditions, implementation decisions, and outcomes controlled by the client or third parties remain outside the SLA.
What happens if the request is larger than the $550 engagement?
We will identify the broader scope before work begins and propose a separate engagement rather than quietly reducing the depth or quality of the work.
